This course is designed to support learners in developing essential life skills, confidence, and independence to help them progress into further learning, everyday community life. It includes four units and is ideal for learners who would benefit from a shorter, more focused timetable.
The course provides a strong introduction to personal and social development skills through practical and engaging activities. Learners are provided with opportunities to enhance their independence, work collaboratively with others, and reflect on their own progress.
It promotes positive behaviour, self-awareness, and active participation in both learning and community settings
