Join catering tutor George for a delicious four-week cookery adventure at Bexhill College.
Step into our state-of-the-art teaching kitchen and create exciting meals either solo or as a pair. Each session takes you around the globe as you learn to prepare authentic dishes from a variety of cultures, exploring new flavours, techniques, and ingredients. From hands-on cooking to guided demonstrations, this course is perfect for anyone eager to expand their culinary skills and experience world cuisine in a fun, friendly environment.

All you need to bring along is yourself. All ingredients and equipment are provided. At the end of each session everyone sits down together and eats what they have created.
Come hungry! Every week brings something exciting to discover!

Sample 4-week course:
• Fresh egg tagliatelle with basil pesto, toasted pine nuts and rocket
• Authentic butter chicken curry with garlic and corriander naan bread
• Hand stretched Chinese noodles with stir fried pork and vegetables in a soy glaze
• Plaice fillet steamed en papillote, with ratatouille and butter sauce
Desserts such as: Tarte aux fruits with sweet pastry, crème patisserie and apricot glaze etc

About George
After 17 years in the catering industry, George has turned his passion for food to teaching culinary skills. He started working as a pot wash for a local café and his journey has taken him across England to work in local pubs, Michelin star restaurants, top 100 restaurants and most recently, running his own restaurant for the last 5 years. He creates a relaxed environment where people can be guided through new skills and dishes.
