This is a class where we take a yoga approach through developing flexibility, core strength and endurance.
Within this class you will learn a variety of methods to increase these areas through different yoga positions and gentle stretching techniques.
This is a class with a relaxation approach where a savasana is performed at the start and end of each session to maximise relaxation and a calm mindset.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water
