This is a deep relaxation technique that takes you into a state of conscious sleep where the body is completely relaxed, but the mind remains fully awake and alert.

You will be guided through a sequence of instructions called a rotation of consciousness, incorporating a series of breath, body and awareness techniques designed to allow you to access a higher state of meditation.
