Are you looking to learn how to cook healthy nutritious vegetarian meals? If so sign up and learn in our professional kitchen and learn from our chef how to produce eight varied vegetarian main mains and sweet treats. They will provide you with the recipes, demonstrate the required skills, provide support and guidance, and provide ideas how dishes can be adapted to individual tastes.

We will cover:

Week One -
Stuffed Peppers with Feta & Pinenuts – Chocolate & Orange Cake

Week Two -
Sweet & Sour Quorn with Pilaff Rice – Quick Cheesecake

Week Three -
Gardeners Pie with Glazed Carrots – Scotch Lemon Pancakes

Week Four -
Cannellini Bean Casserole & Herb Dumplings – Lime & Coconut Drizzle Cale

Week Five -
Spinach & Cottage Cheese Lasagne and Garlic Flat Bread – Apple Tarte Tatin

Week Six -
Vegetable Kofta Balls with Mango Yoghurt Dip and Pilaff Rice – Squidgy Chocolate Pudding

Week Seven -
Vegan Jambalaya – Crepe Suzette

Week Eight -
Alu-Chole & Pilaff Rice – Mixed Berry Soufflé
