After an introduction to the basics of carving and printing on week one, sessions will introduce techniques such as creating repeating patterns and printing 2 colour designs . During the final two sessions your tutor will help and guide you through a project of your choice, for example you might create a linocut landscape print, a metre of fabric, vegetable bags, or a set of unique notecards to send to friends
What the course will cover:
Creating notecards, tote bags, tea towels or art prints are all possible with the versatile process of lino printing
Resources needed:
* A tablespoon
* A white charcoal pencil
*10 card blanks (10x15cm minimum)
* Printmaking paper
