For learners who are gaining confidence in their Sugarcraft skills, this course will build on those skills.
The items you are required to bring for week 1 are as follows:
• A polystyrene cake dummy (approximately 4-5 inches)
• 250g of sugarpaste
• 125g of flowerpaste
• Edible glue
• Cornflour
• Small rolling pin
• A fine paintbrush
• Cocktail sticks
• Palette knife
• Any modelling tools you may have if not I have some available to share
• A wipe down cloth for cleaning after class
• Box / container to transport your sugar model home
